My Account settings

  • Click HERE to visit your My Account Page in order to edit your profile information. You will be required to verify your new email address just like you did when you first registered.
  • You can update your payment information anytime by using this secure link to visit your My Account page.  Please click HERE to access your My Account page.
  • You can change your settings, profile information, registration details, etc. from the MY ACCOUNT link located at the top of the site.  You will be able to control all aspects of your account from this page.

    Follow the simple instructions below to access your MY ACCOUNT page:

    1.  Ensure you are logged in to your JustAnswer account.  You may verify if you are logged in by looking at the top left portion of your screen as seen below.

     

    2.  Once logged in, you may now click the MY ACCOUNT link located at the top right corner of the JustAnswer site.

  • If you have not placed a deposit yet, you can close your account by clicking here
     
    Otherwise, the only way to close your account is to email customer service by clicking here.  If you're having problems with your account, don't hesitate to contact us. We welcome the opportunity to assist in any way possible.
  • This feature may not work because your browser does not accept cookies. To change the setting in Internet Explorer, click TOOLS in your menu, then select "Internet Options". Select the "Privacy" tab and set the level to medium.

  • To protect your privacy, passwords cannot be retrieved. However, they can be reset. Click HERE to request to have a new password emailed to you. If this option is not available or you do not have a valid email address in your profile, contact customer service and we will change your password for you.
  • In place of your username, you may use your email address on file with JustAnswer when logging in. If you still experience trouble logging in, you can contact customer service and we will respond to you in a timely manner.

     

  • Please select an anonymous username, one that does not contain your first or last name or other personally identifiable information. For example, choose “ilovedogs” rather than “adam smith”.
  • To login, you can either use the login/password you created upon registration, or the email address associated with your account.
     
    If you have registered and are unable to login, check that you have all cookies enabled on your web browser. You may need to add this website to your browser's list of trusted websites.
     
    If you remember your username or email address associated with your account, but cannot remember your password, then proceed to the Forgot Password page to reset your password: http://www.justanswer.com/account/reset-password.aspx?last=SignIn
