How can I add an automatic greeting when responding to questions?

A nice way to greet the customer before you offer them an answer or info request is to add a greeting or welcome text that will will automatically show up with your first reply to each question.

1. Click on "My Account" on the top right hand corner of the page.

2. Click on "Edit Mini Profiles".

3. Select the mini profile of the category to which you'd like to add the welcome text. If you have more than one category, add it to each individually.

4. Add your greeting text. It will show up with your first response to a question in regular Q&A and in Chat.
