Close my account

    1. To cancel your membership, click on My Account in the top right corner of the page. You can also click here to go to your My Account page. If you do not see the My Account option, you are not signed in. Simply click Sign In to sign into your account and follow the instructions that follow.
    2. Next, click on Membership on the left side. The Membership page shows membership details and includes the option to cancel a membership and edit payment information. If there is no Membership link, you are not enrolled in a membership or your membership has already been cancelled.
    3. On the Membership page, click Cancel membership at the bottom of the page. Tell us why you want to cancel in the text box and click Submit to save. 

    If you still need assistance or wish to close your account and/or delete your account details, please contact customer service by clicking Email, Chat or Phone in the top right corner of the page. If you're having problems with your account, don't hesitate to contact us.

  • To login, you can either use the login/password you created upon registration, or the email address associated with your account.
     
    If you have registered and are unable to login, check that you have all cookies enabled on your web browser. You may need to add this website to your browser's list of trusted websites.

  • If you have requested more than one new password, you are most likely not using the most recent password sent to you. To avoid this, we recommend only requesting a new password once. If you only requested one password and it still is not working, you can give us a call or send us an email by clicking on the Email or Phone options in the top right of the page and we'll reset your password for you.

Sometimes these emails get stuck in spam and customers are not aware. If you have a Google Mail (Gmail) account, we recommend checking your Primary and Promotions folders for the email, too. If you still cannot locate your reset password, please click on the Email, Chat or Phone links on the top right of the page to contact us.

Update account information

  • Follow the instructions below to change the email address on your account:

    1. Click My Account in the top right corner of the page. If you do not see the My Account option, you are not signed in. Simply click Sign In to sign into your JustAnswer account and review the instructions that follow.
    2. Once you are signed in, click My Account. Next, click Edit Settings to change your email address. Don't forget to click Save Email Settings to save the changes made.

  • You can change your settings, profile information, etc. from the My Account link located in the top right corner of the page. You will be able to control all aspects of your account from this page. Follow the simple instructions below to access your My Account page:

    1. Ensure you are logged in to your JustAnswer account. You may verify if you are logged in by looking for the My Account button on the top right of the page. If you don't see the My Account option, you are not signed in. Simply click Sign In to sign into your account.
    2. Once signed in, you may now click the My Account link.
    3. Click Edit Settings. You can now change your settings including email, password, phone number and payment information. Don't forget to save your settings.

Unsubscribe from e-mails

  • We periodically send emails to our customers to extend further help and to let them know about our exciting offers. To unsubscribe to these emails:

    1. Click My Account at the top of the page. If you do not see the My Account option, you are not signed into your account. Simply click Sign In to sign into your account and review the instructions that follow.
    2. Once you're signed in, click on My Account.
    3. Next, on the edit settings page, uncheck the box below your email address that says "Please also send me helpful alerts and follow-ups from professionals, plus exciting discounts and offers."
    4. A blue button will appear. Make sure you click Save Email Settings to save the changes.

    You can also unsubscribe by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link located in the bottom footer of emails received from JustAnswer.
