    1. To cancel your membership, click My Account in the top right corner of the page. If you don't see My Account, you are not signed in. Click Sign In to sign into your account. 

    2. Click on Membership on the left side. The Membership page shows membership details and includes the option to cancel your membership and edit payment information. Please note, if you do not see the Membership link under My Account, you are not enrolled in a membership.

    3. Enter your reason for cancelling in the text box and click Submit to save.

    Please note, the membership plan is OPTIONAL and you can ask a question or accept an answer without being enrolled in a membership plan.

    Your JustAnswer account will remain active even if you cancel your membership. Once your membership is cancelled, you will not receive recurring charges and will only be charged when you post a new question.

    Still see charges on your account? If you did not enroll in a membership but noticed charges on your account, it is likely that the charges are associated with a question you posted. To review your payment information and recent questions, visit the Order History page.

  • In most cases, your initial question deposit is processed once you post your question. You are charged the remainder of your deposit when an Expert responds. This deposit remains in your JustAnswer account until you give your Expert a positive rating. Your membership fee will be charged after your free trial ends (usually after 7 days). However, if your membership offer did not include a free trial and stated that your current question is included, then you will only be charged for your membership fee.

    Membership Legal Details

    • Membership Benefits: Ask verified Experts as many questions as you would like in any category during the length of your membership, subject to the Fair Use Policy (described below).
    • Payment Terms: By signing up for a membership, you are authorizing JustAnswer to automatically charge a membership fee each month or year you are enrolled in a membership program to the payment source that you provide to JustAnswer (e.g. credit card). The monthly or annual membership fee is refundable until the end of the membership period.
    • Your Right to Cancel or Sign Up for a New Membership: You have the right to cancel at any time. To cancel, when you are logged into your JustAnswer account, click on My Account on the top right of the page. Next, click on Membership. The Membership page shows membership details and includes the option to cancel a membership and edit payment information. If you agree to a membership and then later agree to a different membership, the terms of the later selected membership will apply and your earlier selected membership will be cancelled.

    *Fair Use Policy: Memberships are intended and authorized only for personal, non-transferable, not-for-resale use only. Excessive use by any particular customer may impair JustAnswer’s ability to offer memberships at reasonable prices to other customers and/or indicate non-personal, transferred or resale use.
    JustAnswer's Right to Cancel: Notwithstanding any other terms, JustAnswer reserves the right to cancel your membership or any membership program in its entirety at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to your excessive use (as determined by JustAnswer in its sole discretion). In the event that JustAnswer cancels a membership, it will refund the current month's or year’s membership fee.

    1. Click the MY QUESTIONS link at the top right corner of the screen. If you do not see My Questions in the top right corner of the page, you are not signed in. Simply Sign In to your account and follow the instructions below.

    3. Click on your question and enter comments or questions for your Expert in the Reply to Expert box on the bottom of the page.



    5. Click Send to send your message to your Expert.


      If you are convinced that further discussion will not result in a helpful answer, click here to contact our customer support team and request a refund.




  • JustAnswer® is not a free service. You will be required to make a payment equal to the value of your question when you submit your question. The question price is 100% refundable if you're not happy with the answer you receive and do not give it a positive rating. 

  • Having an account on JustAnswer is free. You will not be charged unless you have enrolled into our monthly membership program or post a question on the site in which case you'll be charged a one-time fee.

  • You can review your recent questions by clicking on My Questions at the top of the page. You can also view your questions and the status of your orders within the past 90 days on the Order History under My Account. To view your Order History, click here.

    If you do not see My Questions in the top right corner of the page you are not signed into your account. Simply sign in and follow the instructions above.

  • You can update your payment information anytime by clicking on My Account on the top right corner of the page. Next, click on Edit Settings and you'll be able to update your payment information.

  • We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, including prepaid gift cards displaying a credit card logo. We also accept PayPal.

  • Yes, you can view the status of your questions within the past 90 days. To review your questions order and payment history, click HERE. If you are not signed in, you will be prompted to sign into your account.


  •  We price questions according to urgency, level of difficulty and category (medical, legal etc...). Prices range from around 15 all the way up to around £50.


    When asking a question on JustAnswer, we will price your question based on the urgency and level of difficulty and we will charge you right after you send your question.


    Remember that we have a 100% money-back guarantee and you can get a refund within 30 days of posting a question.
